Returns

Due to the nature of aluminium supply and custom cutting services, Aluminium Alloys does not accept returns on material that has been cut, fabricated, or specially ordered to customer specifications.

Returns may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The incorrect product was supplied
• The material was damaged in transit
• The product supplied does not match the confirmed order
